I want to go to MIT and need tips?

hi i'm from Zimbabwe and would like to go to MIT what things will help my application? i have a green belt in judo and might make the national team by the time i apply i also play a lot of squash do model united nations and am usually a straight A student will all this help me? i also will need a scholarship how difficult is it for an international student such as myself to get one?
