How good is spaghetti squash?

It has a plain flavor and really does look like spaghetti! Cut in half and remove the seeds. Place cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake at 350 until soft (45 min to an hour or so). Cool slightly and then use a fork to scrape out the strands into a bowl. We like it plain with butter and parmesan cheese, or topped with spaghetti sauce & cooked sausage. Delicious and low carb!
