1 year old throwing up?

she woke up spitting up and a few times spit up clear liquid. I can tell she is not feeling well she is not running around and playing (she has thrown up at other times and acted completely normal) she is laying on the couch falling asleep defiantly not feeling well. I made her some toast she is holding it and has taken 1 bite or 2 out of it. Should I get her some Gatorade and or try her with some apple sauce or something else. Anything else I should do?
