What vegetables are genetitically modified, corn, soy?

I know mansano had a tomato bragged it lasted 180 days, but I heard they stopped modifying the tomatoes and potatoes, and experimented with squash, but this was an old article, have they gotten to all the vegetables yet, and how can it be known, I know potatoes don't taste good anymore, peaches are hard like apples, and kids these days don't know they used to be soft, bananas either never get ripe or spoil as soon as they do. So I am wondering if there is any food they have not messed up yet? This report said that the animals won't eat the modified corn, my cat and dogs will not eat some cans of corn, and others they will, and the article makes sense of this.
