I'm 34 weeks today, I just threw up & gushed out some type of liquid on the floor?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant today, I just threw up & as I was throwing up I gushed out some type of liquid, twice .. I'm not sure if it's that my water broke or pee, what can it be & if it is that my water broke, how long until I start contracting?
