What will happen if i take Liothyronine sodium?

I currently bought Liothyronine sodium liquid to help lose weight. I know a few people who takes it. I dont have a thyroid problem but im taking it anyways. Im doing a cycle 3 weeks on and then 3 weeks off. Im wondering if this can hurt my thyroid? The doses im taking is week 1 25mcgs week 2 50mcgs week 3 75mcgs then go back down to lean off it. Im lookimg foward to an answer thank you
