Any point still counting calories?

do watever u want. count calories and continue to exercise alot! i use to be a competitive gymnist and now im a cardio personal trainer and co run a gymnastics center w. mi husband. i know that i became anorexic and obbssesive over concerining of my body fat and weight so as long as that doesnt run u down continue ur normal lifestyle :)
