I need a tattoo drawn for me? ?

I want to get a tattoo for my 18th birthday and I want it to be a tribute to my friend Chris Oakley who died this past fall. I was wondering if there was anyone who could draw it up for me and then maybe send me a pic of it? I want it to be on my left shoulder blade. I want a sledge hammer (hammer was his nickname) and a banner wrapped around it that says, " RIP Oakley" and his birth and death date.
