Am i hiv positive? Is there any Possible STD infections?

i had sex with a prostitute and i tested negative after three months and result after six months came negative again....The reason i'm asking this question is because i'm losing weight and it's been one year....i'm losing my weight and i don't feel so energetic like i used to feel before that intercourse...i felt my hands were heavy like sledge hammer ...indeed i used to feel my own strength and mass but now i feel light like feather. My eye brows burns also ...Is there any possible STD infections that resembles such symptoms?
