Should I do this diet?

My friend gave me this diet, she lost 10lb in one week on it. We're both in modeling and for my next job I need to lose 20lb in a month. Basically, I walk five miles a day, do an hour of yoga and drink only water, green tea and fruit squash. I know it's not healthy, but I'm desperate. Should I do it?
