Scared my newborn rabbits could die?

I have two female rabbits (7 Months roughly) and one of them gave birth about an hour ago or less. She's covered them in fur and straw which I think is normal but when we gave them more room, they've gone to their normal selves being hyper and running around. They keep hopping onto where the newborn rabbits are so I'm scared they could be squashed and die. What should i do?
