The pediatrician told me that new research shows you should do meats, then cereal, then veggies, then fruit has anyone tried this and how did it go? My son is a bit young yet but just trying to think ahead. When I looked at the jars of food after we chatted about this, there was no straight meat ones, just turkey and squash, beef and vegetable. I generally plan to make my own but was wondering then if I give him straight turkey or mix it with a bit of sweet potato or squash or something like that. Thank you all!
